COURSE INFORMATION

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills, and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organizational or enterprise requirements.

This course is a widely focused course, especially suited to those wishing to up-skill in a number of leadership and management areas. It is designed specifically for supervisors or middle managers that have responsibility for a team of people, as well as those who participate in operational planning and are involved in change management.

Course Duration

52 weeks includes

  • Face-to-Face sessions in classroom

  • Self-study online

  • Simulated business/real work place sessions

  • Study break (12 weeks)

Entry Requirements

  • Completion of year 10 or equivalent

  • Overseas students must have a minimum overall band of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
