COURSE INFORMATION

This qualification is suitable for individuals working in a range of human resources management positions. Job roles could include human resources assistants, human resources coordinators, human resources administrators and payroll officers.Workplace responsibilities would be determined at a workplace level. Some smaller business may require employees to work across all aspects of human resources. In larger companies, individuals may just have responsibility for a singular aspect of human resources such as remuneration.

This course provides the essential prerequisite skills and knowledge for those commencing their career in HR. It is also a great way for existing HR professionals to expand their generalist knowledge and for line managers and team leaders wanting to improve their people management skills and knowledge of current legislation.

Lessons are delivered face-to-face with a self -study online component, and include a range of methods, practical tasks and activities. Assessments are conducted via observation, demonstration, case study, practical tasks, projects and a portfolio.

Course Duration

52 weeks includes

  • Face-to-Face sessions in classroom

  • Self-study online

  • Simulated business/real work place sessions

  • Study break (12 weeks)

Entry Requirements

  • Completion of year 10 or equivalent

  • Overseas students must have a minimum overall band of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
